In my own opinion 30k+ is when you can really start to have more options and earn some ok money.

It all depends on the subreddit. If you are posting generic NSFW pics like topless pics, you will need to grow really big because there will be few conversions. If a subreddit is about a very specific fetish that has few free options or something that is heavily geared towards buying like paypigs or used panties, you can make money on 4k of real subscribers.

Depending on how many views you get, if you get 20-30k views daily then its worth moneyizing it with onlyfans

4k is way too small to start discussing monetisation. Once you get to at least 100k, then you can start to investigate monetisation methods
