Check if the content is already on YT

Hi,

it has turned out that it is an important factor whether the content is reused and already available on YT or not. But how can i check this? I tried the method with a screenshot from the clip and the google Lens search. But it works not that good. I think it searches only for the thumbnail from the YT clip and not really inside the clip. I know that YT checks every new video and calculates how many % its similar to existing content. If only you could access this value or scan the clip in advance. I think uploading the clip to another channel for testing and waiting for hours to see if it is clicked is inconvenient and unreliable. Or a tool which extract automatically an image frome a video every 2 sec. and checks it with google lens, to check every single scene. Then the thumbnail would certainly be included an could be found.

Well, that's clear to me. That's exactly why I'm asking if anyone knows of any methods to check this. My suggestion with the tool that takes screenshots every 2 seconds from a video and checks them with google lens, for example, would be a method that would definitely work if such a tool would exist.
