I don’t think upgrading to a business page on Facebook will change the number of times you can post. I could be wrong but if you apply the same principal from instagram, changing the status of the account to business does not imply that you can post more frequently without getting restricted.

I'm not sure there is a set number of times to post before being treated as spam. But you should know, posting too frequently could result in Facebook algorithmically treating your pages as spam, as a result reducing your reach.
