Did you use the same subject line for every email?I tried sending bulk emails for a similar campaign, but open rate was terrible
These emails are being sent to people in the professional services industry that are then going to a high ticket offer.I'm talking about sending an automated offer to a large number of people in a certain industry or niche.
If you ever did this, I'd like to know how well your campaign performed.
If you want, also share the offer, industry, software you used, etc.
I did use some kind of spintax for thatDid you use the same subject line for every email?
That is some massive volume. How much did those campaigns cost you? Did you manage to break even? These emails are being sent to people in the professional services industry that are then going to a high ticket offer.
I am still trying different methods but I have yet to find a moneymaker method yet. Only good results I have seen are clicks and views on my landing page but I think its just Apple's bot viewing my page, which screws all of those stats up.
The most success I had was sending 20k cold emails in 2 days to people in the professional services industry.
I used hypermail, but i am looking for a better route because they are quite expensive and I had other problems with them.
I had a click rate of 8% so it did pretty well.
Another campaign I ran for 6 months involved using Instantly.ai, a smtp and over 100 email accounts.
I got out over 40k emails in 30 days using that method.
I had around 4 people interested in my offers, booked one meeting and had a click rate of 6%.
By good data you mean good quality leads?i am running some hugee campaigns. Seems decent. The most important thing is having good data. the rest is patience and a lot of work.
It's very industry/niche dependent. I tried offers in tech, the rates were a literal zero. I also tried in local services and SMEs and the rates were a lot better.I'm talking about sending an automated offer to a large number of people in a certain industry or niche.

Tech guys seem to really be marketing averse. What did you offer them? It's very industry/niche dependent. I tried offers in tech, the rates were a literal zero. I also tried in local services and SMEs and the rates were a lot better.
Yeah, really good and clean leads. I send close to 20K emails a day (its going to be much much more than this in the coming weeks). It costs me some 2-3K I think. I use smartleads to send the emails, but i have a dude who warms my email for like $4/email id. We dont use smartleads warmup, this make a huge difference. That is some massive volume. How much did those campaigns cost you? Did you manage to break even?

Ive been running cold email campaigns and cant get results like a click rate of 17% or 9% reply rate ever.Yeah, really good and clean leads. i run 20ish campaigns, the click rate on avg is like 17%. My concern is the reply rate though, this is kinda low, somwhere at 9%. I need more data and better leads.
GL to you
Those campaigns costed me around $1000 in total. The first one was a service which was very pricey and the next one was a method I figured out after tons of testing that is extremely cheap. Around $300 to get started and send at least 21K email a month without the leads. The lead costs depend on the audience you want to reach out to.That is some massive volume. so dude i help raise capital. I source my data from a lot of places(50% of these are hands-on, meaning i scrape it or download it myself). right now i have around 50M emails(?? i think?). so what i usually do is purchase a subscription on a website with the leads and scrape their whole DB in like a month or 2. (there are challenges to this now). Also, my boss acquired a ton of data for meIve been running cold email campaigns and cant get results like a click rate of 17% or 9% reply rate ever.
I top out at 8% click rate and 1% reply rate.
What are you offering to these people and where do you get your data from?
