A $20 Bitcoin transaction requires a $20 sending fee

Convert to ltc and send ltc? As ltc fees are lower.

You also pay fees for it.

Anyway, don't use Bitcoin to pay for services. Use something else, like Litecoin, or Solana, or Dai, or XRP, or USDT. There are so mahy options out there that it's simply bad judgement to use Bitcoin for transactions.

Why not using BCH, LTC, XRP, XLM, DGB for cheap sending? At least that are my coins 2 go, when i have to make cheap transactions with low amount of value...

And actually the fees are not that hight with btc...if you can wait 1hr actually they are around 9$, if you can wait 24hrs they are actually 0.77$, see also bitcoinfees .net

Use wallets where you can adjust the fees....

Because clients are mostly paying via BTC.. getting them on another coin is not that easy as lots of them are using crypto only because they don't want to use PayPal or have their name associated with the businesses they run.

They are on Bitcoin because it's the easiest to acquire and doesn't require any extra knowledge to operate.

For an average Joe, using USDT is super complicated. TRC, ERC, BEP.. they don't understand this nor which supportive token they need to move the funds.

Sorry, but i doubt this. A person who can deal already with BTC, will have also not a big problem to send you LTC, BCH or whatever, because there is no question which chain he/she should use... only when you want to geht USDT, then you can choose lots of networks...
Also there are payment gateways where the client can choose which crypto he/she wants to send... the "stupid" ones can there still take btc and pay high fees and your other clients with more knowledge can choose for example ltc, xlm, xrp or whatever...

Thanks for giving me business advice as I have been a seller here for 6 years and I am pretty confident that I know my clients and how they pay :D

From start it was designed to do just this type of transactions. But there are now so much better alternatives.
I never heard of any good alternative to BTC, but I'm semi purist, so what do I know...

BTW, the fee would've been roughly the same for a transaction of 10M USD, so, generally, BTC makes more sense in bigger transactions.
