They offer only 0.30$ to test services (when most panel offer 1-2$), take a while to answer, and the only service I can tested is pending, I created ticket two weeks ago and they told they will do something asap, and after 14 days, still no refund or delivery

This is EXACTLY WHY I don't add funds on random panels to test their service. Offering 0.30$ is to ask people to pay themself to test, bad idea.

Conclusion: Another reseller panel wanting to let us hope they provide their services and ask us to pay to test few services, the panel may be closed in 6 months or max one year as the 99999 panels we see here.
