I have used some services before. But it can be seen that after some days some links get deindexed again. How many days will these links be indexed in your service?

Indexing process took 3-10 Days

Also here are some factors effecting De-Indexing process:
Content Value
Updated Information on the Subject
Your sites overall value
Core Updates (Effects more than %90 of the current sites on web)
Topical Authority continuity ( Most Important Reason )
