Ive heard it around the forum here... .01 per fan untargeted, .02 per fan targeted. Not saying its set in stone, but just what ive seen going around. As for where to sell them, ive been told DP, sitepoint, and flippa.

Make a legit website and post the link to it in RELEVANT status updates. You will then have your offers on your website. The website doesn't have to be all fancy or anything, a simple BlogSpot will do.
Another option is to design a landing page and collect double opt-in E-mails that you can legally blast with offers until they unsubscribe. This would be the better option IMO, but you have to know what you're doing in a sense that you don't just bombard your E-mail list with offers and you would need to look professional in your E-mail campaigns to say the least. Building and keeping a clean targeted list is a whole different subject, so I am not going any further with that. However, if you want more info on managing a successful list/E-mail marketing campaign, either use the Search feature or head directly to the E-mail Marketing section of this forum.

I don't think you're SUPPOSED to because as far as I know it is against FB's TOS, but you might be able to get away with it. However, I wouldn't chance it on big sites like Flippa or SitePoint. If you are going to sell it and not monetize it, do it in private on a forum which allows you to do so. If it were my page, I would monetize it though. You just have to be very careful.

I see what your saying about monetizing it himself, can probably make alot more then selling it. However, if hes asking how to monetize it, chances are, he doesnt know what hes doing, and will lose it before making the $$. I personally wanna know how the hell to get a page even half that size. Im struggling to break 10k lol. Hopefully he can make some nice bank with this before its gone.

Maybe it's agianst FB TOS but for example there is a lot of facebook bots and "official" sales page on the net for this kind of stuff, but this is against FB TOS too....
Maybe anyone want to be flaged on flippa by selling fan pages ?

Who says FB doesn't have their sight locked and loaded on these pages you are speaking of? It happened with a couple CL bots that I know of and FB appears to have a much more aggressive legal team than CL. So IMO, it's only a matter of time, but I surely hope it never happens.

I agree with you 100%. He would have to completely cross his Ts and dot his Is if he wants to generate any long-term substantial income from the page. As we all know in this day of FB marketing, one wrong move and BAM, there goes your huge fan page and/or account (which might have 5k friends). This happened to me before...I was pissed to say the very least.
My best suggestion to the OP is read the advice already given in this thread and read this forum concerning promoting fan pages until your eyes bleed. Use the Search feature as well. In the end if you are too paranoid that you will loose the page, sell it because a 1.8 million fan page is HUGE and would be a devastating loss. Tons of money at stake here.
