Well I am currently working with some clients, but it is very limited.

Toptal is for modern slavery (hardcore 16 hours master / PHd degree students) with 10+ years of experience. They will want you to prove you're a top expert which means you'd need to be extremely good which most of us can't prove.

Focus on Fiverr and scale it in some way. There is plenty of ways. I think it's the most profitable after reading a big amount of topics. There is an option to advertise yourself if you grow your account.

Upwork won't work. It's personalized junk that requires thousands of hours of work to get any payment. The problem is you can't list your service there and you have to do personalized tasks, solving very unique problems for little to no money. It's ok if you want to find a 9-5 type of gig but for normal selling your bots, it's complete garbage.
