Scrape for free working proxies ?

Hello, i am currently working on a Soundcloud bot and since i need proxies, i thought of trying to use free ones first for my bots, i know free proxies are dangerous but i'm not using them for anything important. how would you propose i do that ? and is it really that bad to use free proxies for Soundcloud botting ?

Free proxies usually dies faster, so even if you have found, they may not work while you are trying. so while playing with free proxies just try to add proper timeout. and free proxies doesn’t work for all sites properly, so you need to investigate, if response status 200. Try free proxies shared here/github.

Make sure to do multi threading, otherwise it’s a loss project to play with free one.

Free proxies are extremely slow. so while loading some proxies will die or reboot, many user leeching such proxies so hardly, so if you in some serious project go for rotating residential/datacenter unlimited. Depends on your usecase try it as fun.

i know residential proxies are better than datacenter ones, but I'm trying to cut the costs, will my Soundcloud bot 100% get banned and flagged if i use a datacenter proxy ?

Your Success rate will be more with residential proxies and its not like that using data center proxies will get the account banned for surely.
