Twitter suspended account at advertising

i wanted to advertise my store shopify and i saw that twitter is the best way because :
1 i can find the people who can buy my store
2 twitter give 1000 $ in the ads as a threshold
so i bought a vcc and link it with my twitter ads account and i created a compaign and i put a description about my store and i put my store link
and after 10 min the ads got halted and the account of ads got suspended . and i tried it again with a new vcc but still.
i'm asking if any of you guys know some tricks to avoid this suspend help me and thanks.

I think tw only give 25% of the credit limit for the begginer ads account, its $200, so its just $50

no i checked the account after adding the VCC and i found 1000 $ but after the first compaign they suspended it
