I bought a cloaker from a website is there a chance that the platform im using (which is X) could detect the link and restrict the account?

A cloaker is not detected directly as the code executed is dynamic and untraceable. It is detected indirectly when the platform sees that your destination URL is different from the one entered in the ad through a redirection. There is no an easy yes or no answer to your general question.

You didnt check with site support before making a purchase? I mean you should ask that cloaker support desk for what purpose you are buying and if it will help with it?

I asked them but they said it still has a chance as all cloakers usually have chance of failing
