• Website design looks very nice and legit
• When I was checking, website was very slow. Checked with pingdom, got 25 seconds :/
• My 2 word keyword was mentioned 13 times(1.1%) on article. Feels bit of excessive, could've used other 2 keywords I asked(they were never used) for diversity.
• Quality of article was okay. Would give it 6/10 points
• Domain itself is very strong - DR 54 and PA 32

UPDATE: Pingdom got 2.5 seconds now

I went with a pretty difficult, gray hat niche but the OP still managed to find a way around it.

The page was indexed on Google by the time I got the report.

Links Quality: as I explained above, it's not easy to get many websites with my niche. They had to scale larger on theme and also use more general websites. But those are alright and very respectful of what is requested.
Authority and traffic are respected and everything is pretty good. Good
