Any advice on learning? I really have a hard time sitting through 20hr courses, I just cant focus and learn like that. There are a bunch of Youtube videos I see. Can anyone recommend any? I really learn the most just by doing it.

Try casestudies so you can try and reverse learn a successful campaign. There are good YouTube videos and blogposts like this.

Check Ben Heath on YouTube. He has a sizable agency and added Google ads to his channel last year so there are a few. He is very accurate, honest. Has a FB group for questions but it's not 100% useful
