I bought the Awesome Traffic Bot two days ago for a 6-month subscription and also purchased 5G/4G Rotating Mobile Proxies for it. My server has excellent specifications, and after running it for two days, I checked Search Console and noticed that none of the traffic to my site was reflected there, meaning it didn't benefit me at all. Today, I requested a refund, and they accepted it. However, I had purchased a 6-month subscription, but they only refunded me for 5 months and didn't refund the payment for the remaining month. They said I would only be able to use it for one more month and that they wouldn't provide any further support. I believe that there is absolutely no customer satisfaction, and they are not very good at providing support. I can say that.
I restarted my virtual server, and I still can't open the program. This lack of support is unacceptable, especially considering that I still have one more month of subscription left. It's disappointing to experience such incompetence after paying for another month
I'm reaching out to the BHW team. I had purchased the ATB program for $150 for 6 months, and due to issues, I requested a refund. However, within 24 hours, they only refunded $100 and completely deactivated the program. Moreover, they haven't made the full payment, terminating everything within 3 days. Actually, We were not surprised by the manipulation and misinformation you've shared with the community. Unfortunately, such behavior aligns with the expectations set by your prior actions.
You requested a refund on 6th Feb (not today) because of the reason that you found out the expenses for running the application exceed your budget. Nonetheless, we have had provided the necessary information and estimation for you on 2nd January we had clearly mentioned that 15GB would be enough for about 1500 visitors (Screenshots have been attached). After lots of more questions, you purchased the application on 5th Feb and came back with the refund request for this reason:
"It's exceeding my budget by a lot, I won't be able to cover the server and proxy costs next month
It's going to upset me a lot, I wish I had calculated it from the beginning, unfortunately, with the proxy I bought, there will be only 5,000 traffic entries, this situation is very bad and expensive "This is what we had exactly mentioned to you before your purchase. Our refund policy doesn't cover your case and you clearly stated it was your own mistake in your calculation. However, we opted for a compromise by processing a partial refund and allowing you to continue using the bot for a month.
The related screenshot and your refund request that had been made through an email are officially recorded and attached. It is disheartening to discover that you are attempting to manipulate the situation in light of the details you disclosed in your refund request.
The issue raised today is unrelated to the refund, as your refund request has already been addressed. And yes, In the event that you were an active client encountering an unresolved issue, we would have provided the necessary support and if the issue wasn't resolved, we would have adhered to the terms outlined in our refund policy and processed a full refund.

Thanks for your feedback and purchase.
We've clearly described each method in the product's description and it's mentioned they're designed for local SEO use cases. We've also compared each IP changing method by mentioning their use cases and pros and cons.
Please note that half of the application's users, especially Korean Clients, are using those methods to change their IPs. Some countries like South Korea have limited choice of proxies and they prefer to use their own infrastructure to generate local IPs. Other methods like VPN or Proxies are only necessary if you want to target people from non-local places.

May I add a comment to help with people who use proxy server to run their "shadow operations". Hmm... I understand that rotating residential proxy costs a bit more than static IP or data centre IP or shared residential IP plan. But you need a proper proxy server with rotating IP NOT shared private meter rotating residential IP to go CTR manipulation. And you do need to spend money to make money. I don't know if I am allowed to name names here for the company I use for proxy server service. I suppose you want something as big as CTR, it will easily be over 500 GB or 1 TB a monthly basis, so shared residential plan with a limit of bandwidth probably won't work for something as big as CTR for google map / web SER ranking. Well if you are running a site that have pictures / videos and stuff, and you send 5000+ "visitors" there every day, you do the math, so even if 500 MB bandwidth 1 visitor, one day is already 2500GB
