Best proxy for Twitter automation??

Generally for social media, you'll want to use mobile proxies (4G or 5G, your pick). IP rotations are gonna be handy for you too, check around the Marketplace section for seller posts.
 
Either go with a Residental Proxy or a 4G Proxy. Both are fine. Make sure to avoid datacenter proxies as they are usually flagged by Twitter already.
 
Definitely should be using mobile proxies for anything social media related. You are less likely to be flagged by doing so.
 
Social media usage proxies depends on your budget.

You can use Dedicated proxies from data center for X .
Or
Residential proxies are better but cost little more.

Mobile ones are good but ips usually keep changing so go with Static residential to attache one account or couple with same ip for longer period of time.

Just to add to this: you're quite right here, with mobile network providers it is quite usual for the IP to keep changing at some interval. That being said, IP allocation from different providers can vary wildly in the time they remain 'static' for. Some providers it can be a matter of minutes - others can stick reliably for weeks!
 
I was using 4g proxy a few months ago and it was working good
