A software is just a tool, getting banned or not depends on how you use it.

So, Make sure you follow the best practices as well:

• Make sure that you use scrapers to do the necessary API calls on behalf of your main account (This way the scrapers take a huge load off the main accounts).
• Don't use the same IP between your main and scraper accounts.
• Use proxies if you are running multiple accounts (data center proxies for scrapers and residential or 4g for mains if possible).
• Don't use the same bio, posts, links, post caption ..etc across many accounts. Keep every account unique.
• Don't use spam words (free, freebie, $$$, sex, xxx, bonus ..etc ) in your comments, DMs, posts caption ..etc.
• Use multi-level spin syntax if you are doing comments or sending DMs.
• Do a reasonable number of actions per hour and per day.
• Avoid logging in to the account on other devices/browsers while they are executing actions on the software.

Question:
Is it high risk to mass dm messages containing the same whatsapp number, even if the rest of the message uses spin variations? If so are there any viable alternatives?

F4F and unfollowing are very basic modules. And almost all the automation tools will have it. Just have a look at the marketplace once and decide whichever suites your other needs as well.
