Here’s a quick update on this from my end too:
- Forget API for stories you will get spam flags now. Other actions don’t bother at all.
- Follow/Unfollow extremely difficult to avoid blocks since last 4 months especially if do above 30 day no matter how manually, or phone automated after a few days seems like block is inevitable. Some accs even with higher trust wont do even 20 consistently for many days.
- Liking for some reason (probably to not completely kill engagement on platform) IG let it go without blocks even bigger numbers 400-500 but if you will do this much be prepared to sacrifice 1 device for max 2 or 3 accs as it need many hours to finish. Besides this Liking doesnt produce good results in followers. You must have a perfect account content, targeting, out of 10 acc 2-3 may grow decent (5-12 follower per day)
- Stories views likes from phone/or manually accs can get spam flagged too immediately even first day especially if acc is new not have at least couple hundred followers. Other accs with more trust no flag, but for how long? nobody can be completely sure.
All in all days of easy work with IG are definitely over. Results are small, cra* Its a lot harder now, and more budget is required depending on what setup you choose. Random blocks happening depending on account but mostly all get hit with Follow. What happens in next months maybe they remove this spam flag as many even real users will complain? I believe thats why they put Mark as not spam option as they know there will be errors. Maybe follow limits and block lossen up again (this would be the best) but probably not its 2024 coming most important USA elections ever, things might get even harder to protect from spam, bots etc.
As someone with 8+ years in this I would just say to you dont get sick from all the stress, hustle while you can as long as your customers not complain make $ then move into something stable where no dam.. patch can kill your business you built for years overnight.
PS: Only thing that still works and produce unbelivable extremely good results is cold DM spam. But this one is expensive and not easy to do yourself.

my account which has been rested for 28 days, it gives a spam warning after 10-11 comments.
I don't understand ! How many days should I rest?
I think everyone's account limits are low right now and these limits will be increased again soon.

I hope the limits will be increased as soon as possible, but in previous updates, such limits were reduced and then increased again.

As far as I remember since huge 2019 update follow limits never got increased again, just decreased more and more and it was always permanent. But who knows, maybe they will change some day.

Thats easy just try to view story from one of your own accounts then go to notifications and user you viewed from will be hidden, so no logic in doing it when nobody see you.
