Make money with Drop-Service

There are courses ebooks and youtube channels claiming they made lot of money with it. Here is the problem. Fiverr take like 30% cut for each transaction seoclerks takes 15% cut. So does freelancer.com, upwork. It does not work. Don't waste time on it.

Some people are cashing out big time from drop service and you are here saying it does not work. Your understanding of what it means and how others are playing it is different. Services that can be dropped are video editing, leads generation, etc. You can get a client that needs leads paying $1000 per month and you can get someone to generate the leads for $500 per month, then you have a profit of $500 per month.

Everything depends on how you play it. But for the fact that you assume thing and then say drop service does not work, that is what i find uninteresting.

Dropservicing and outsourcing is basically the same thing. You charge more than the freelancers you hire from, then take the job, forward the work, and once it's finished you send the results to the client.

Freelancer thinks he worked for you, client thinks you did the work. In reality some pakistani guy did your job for a fraction of the price. If the two would ever meet, they'd be very angry :-D

Someone gives you 500 metal material for a gold pump shotgun.

You do not have this gold pump shotgun, so you go to someone else who has one and pay them 250 metal material. Once paid they give you the gold pump shotgun, and you give that gold pump shotgun to your customer.

Once finished, you keep 250 metal material.

I'd steer away from trying to drop-service marketing services such as logo design because those services are a race to the bottom with price and it takes a lot of time to get your reputation to a level where you can have people seek you out.

You need to look for services which are in high demand that people are searching for on Google, you can find this with keyword tools such as semrush.

I'll give you a golden nugget as an example: travel visas to SEA countries.

If you search for "travel visa philippines" there are websites that charge $150-200 to apply for a visa. What they are actually doing is collecting all the information required for a visa from you, and then they input all the info into an application on the philippines gov website which only costs like $50. The kind of people googling these keywords are horny sexpats who are happy to throw money at this so they can get into the country.

That's true drop-servicing. Not logos or anything common like that.

Very good exemples. Another word would be Middle Man as it's in reality what drop servicing is. People think about websites and logos etc, but it's the least ideal type of thing, because it's subjective work. The best like you said is to do it with standardized tasks or services. A lot of people are actually doing this in this forum.

Upwork takes 10% above 500$. You don't need any platforms if you know how to outreach. A lot of people can spend a lot on services in the US, UK etc

Drop-service is basically reselling services—find clients, outsource the work to freelancers, and keep the profit. You just act as the middleman. Platforms like Fiverr or Upwork are good for finding freelancers to fulfill client requests.
