Juicyads not receiving my funds?

Deposited funds into my juicyads account tonight and it sent me back an error Credit Cards has been Declined and hasn't shown up into my account yet. When I look at my bank transactions it states the amount that I deposited $------ is pending and they indeed took the funds from my bank account.

What gives?

This is my first time depositing funds into juicyads. Does this happen, do I have to wait until the funds show up?

I sent a ticket to their customer support team, waiting for their reply back.

Anyone had to deal with this, your advice?

Now I'm having another problem I activated my ad this morning but haven't received any impressions yet. Made another ticket to them to find out what's happening.
