Pretty Link plugin for Wordpress

Any one use this plugin?

For the Redirection Type options, which one should I choose (307 Redirection/301 Redirection/Pretty Bar Redirection/Cloak Redirection/Pixel Redirection)?

I use it on over a hundred blogs... I like 301 Redirect.

Another thing I love about this plugin is that Google spiders and indexes the actual links you create with Pretty Link as if they are separate pages. That's worth a little extra traffic if you know how to create a proper and optimized SEO permalink.

That means I can promote (ping,submit.....) the created pretty link as if this is a webpage of my site?
