Bro, the whole update hasn't rolled out completely yet, NOBODY knows what the effects will be so everything anyone here will tell you is based on NOTHING but speculation.

You will have to wait it out for at least two weeks even to see some sort of data that is reliable, the people posting now are just blowing smoke...

My site is also hit by this update. I was ranking at 4-5 position for the money keyword and now I don't see my website for that keyword in the SERP. However, I noticed that there are still some keywords where my site is ranking at positions it used to be earlier. And this site disappearance has been normal for me for the past few weeks. Where my site used to jump from 3-5 spots to 10-15 spots back and forth.

Is there anything else I can do to gain rankings or at least avoid the loss?

Ai content will be indexed but not good for the top rankings. That's why update hurts your site

I guess we are too early to give such statements. I own 30 autobloggs all on similar choosen niches. Before AI came i have been doing splogging , churn and burns , door way sites , scraping others content etc as i never wanted to write myself ( my english not good) and all my experiences with generated content... Every single penny i earn with them

in my carrier my buddies always say seo dead after every single roll out , some say nah you cant build backlinks with gsa type softwares etc but here i am still doing them. All we have to do is keep testing and see what works and what works not so far everything works,

4 of my sites got deimdexed but stil i am getting traffic from other engines which is good but best oart i can clone and repeat what i have been doing rest of my sites even got improved.

If you got impacted one of sites just forget it for now and think about sucess , what you got at the moment. I purchased 4 domains yesterday and today i am going to restart it.

People cry everyday by keep telling same thing even without trying. I am waiting for my vps to upgrade as i decided to use recaptchas solver for my every copy of gsa ser setup as i own one copy of xevil. Lets see how it it goes

I dont think you can do anything...dont change the site but you can keep continue what you are doing on link building. I decided to create more tiered linking and decided to improve my gsa setup

I have 2 webs that are gaining positions like crazy, which just proves my point about "content is king, with or without AI" and "giving people what they are looking for".

Jumping in ranking is a normal thing for new websites and new pages, and then after a week or 2, you start seeing real images.

I am always open when it comes to helping out others, people should do that more often as we don't have no one around except each other.

That perfectly aligns with what I think. I try to help people here on this forum as well as in real life as much as I can do. Don't want to boast about it, but I have a little Canva giveaway thread where people can join Canva Pro for free. I also try to update the link if it's available from time to time. Helping someone out who is need gives me pleasure and peace that I don't get from anything else. Hope I didn't overexaggerate it. xD

So in this situation, what do you do once the update is over?

1. Add more content to articles that got deranked? And hope it pops up again in the serps

2. Rewrite a whole new article on the keyword

Hey man, how has the update been initially treating your sites? My 10 year+ old legit site got hit and lost like 60% of the traffic. New posts are not appearing in the SERPS also. But the site has been copy pasting my content for 3 years now is stronger than ever. I am not worried though since this site has survived every update that google threw at it.

Are you using AI content these days? May I ask what form of backlinks have you seen effective lately these past years? Always liked your input in the forums because you never shilled crap to us.

It's pretty rough for most people here right now, but keep strong guys. This only solidifies the notion of "diversification". Google DOES NOT DESERVE your site's entire attention. There are many ways to diversify. We will figure it out soon!

I just saw that most my top earning posts are completely gone. It's the first time my site is going through this and have no idea what to do.

Do posts show again after the update or is it completely gone?

Do I just update the posts if it doesn't return or Rewrite a new article using the keyword.

I am in the same boat as DarkLordzz. I am patiently waiting for the update to get over. Let's see how things look when the update has rolled out completely. Yesterday my site touched its lowest face, however, today I saw some 15-20 improvements in traffic. My site didn't get deindex though. There are some low-volume keywords where the site is ranking at 1 spot. However, for high-volume ones, I see the site doesn't appear in the first 3-4 pages. I didn't bother to check afterward.

So all we can do is wait and hope everything comes back to normal.
