To expand on @JasonS's response, you can also use datacenter proxies in Scrapebox to scrape Google - you just have to be gentle about it. First load them into SB then test them all, keep the ones that pass the Google test (filter > keep passed google test) and save them to SB proxy list. To do the actual scraping you want to select 'detailed harvester' and set a delay of 30-60 seconds. This will result in slow scraping, but as long as you don't need millions of urls in minutes you should still be able to get what you need.

I dont see no point of using residential proxies for gsa . Ots much easy and cheap to use semi dedicated proxies with gsa specially if you are using verified link lists like me.
Rayobyte, buyproxies works great with gsa ser.
Yesterday i tried free trial on @Nyprox here and gave him 1hoir trial since proxies are cheap i got subbed for 1000 proxies and i liked them. Using it with 500 gsa threads and other half with cap monster so far works fine my end.
I dont scraping myself as i found its far better and much easier to buy premium link lists as they sre ready to use and i am getting decent success

I am confused about proxies after reading from many posts in BHW.
I plan to use Scrapebox to check SERP & expired domains, GSA SER & Rankerx to do backlinking.
- How many proxies do I need - 1 proxy to how many threads?
- What type of proxies do I need - Static/Rotating Residential or Datacenter?
- I see that people are using 100 proxies - based on Proxy-cheap price list below, it will be very costly. How much do people on proxies per month?
- I also see that some proxies suppliers price proxies at 'per GB', not 'per proxy' ... what is the difference?
