Great question.
Unfortunately the YouTube bot detection/algorithm is more complex than this although it's a good start!
The IP's from VPN's are usually datacenter, or very rarely residential, and even then they are usually blacklisted.
Mobile proxies are usually best for YouTube botting but since you're planning on getting your own phones, you may as well take it to the next step and host the proxies yourself on the phones.
If you plan on using proxies from a third party, then you may as well bot on a computer as the mobile devices may not be helpful. (I could be wrong about this)
There are also other things to consider like clearing cache/cookies, new fingerprints, new user agents, etc.
I strongly advice you to do some research on this before investing any money or a lot of time.

Will it be a good idea if someone uses dedicated IPs?

Dedicated IPs means the same IPs will be watching your videos daily. This simply means that only a set of people are watching your videos. It's the worst thing you could do if you ask me

There is a lower chance of a dedicated IP being blacklisted (depending on the provider), but as far as I am aware, there isn't much use for dedicated IPs with YouTube botting, plus it will cost more compared to rotating proxies. The only reason you may want dedicated IPs is if you have one dedicated IP per account which may lead to less suspicion but I'm not too familiar with YouTube like/comment/subscribe botting so I'm not sure if this is even needed.
How do we host our own ips ? secondaly how will be that to connect another switch to our landline and connect some devices to one and some devices to another one which in result will have different ips. If we keep on clearing cache and cookies every time and change the chrome brower or profile what do you thing will it work ?
it would drop after sometime and wont work in long run.

As long as you do it for your channel, otherwise as mentioned:
- VPN -> WT drops faster then my crypto portfolio today
- datacenter proxies: okayisch - depends on speed, if it’s shared with just 2 or 4 or many others.
- residential best
- mobile proxies - from my pov overkill for that
Since YT adjusted the algo most of the python based bots aren’t working anyways.
Probably because every thread needs besides the different user-agent also a Gmail account.
If there is any bot like this, that would be hot

I have a method that is, First you link a video in your website or you can use w3schools. Copy your video link and add this link on w3shools. After, that run it and then play the video. YouTube count this watch time. I do this 2 years ago I don't know this method is still worked. But, you can try if it's worked then it's good for you. Best of luck mate.
paid adverts will give you subscribers but it doesnt count toward the monitization watch time.
any panel you would reccomend that will complete the watch time and subscribers and monitize the channel ?

You would probably need to get a data plan for each phone. You will also need to figure out how to rotate the IPs. There are a few apps for android that turn your phone into a proxy, those may be helpful. For every view you would need to clear the cache/cookies, change the referral, change the user agent, and change the fingerprints. There may be more thing, I'm not too sure.
Unless your planning on selling views/watch time, it would probably be best to just purchase watch time from a seller.
Check out the SMM subforum in the marketplace. Many of them offer free balance so you can test their services.

It is not that easy. You will loose lot of money in setting up a working setup. You can easily buy from a panel who has already figured this out. There are many good panels who will do 4000 hours for less than $100.
YouTube can still easily detect it.
