Most of countries support city targeting, can get detailed help from Support Online.
You can directly add the city code in the parameter of Proxy Info. like:
"customer-ah8o833856-country-US-region-California", Just add "-city-San-Jose" after it.
We can get whole parameter as follow:
"customer-ah8o833856-country-US-region-California-city-San-Jose".

After add the city parameter, the ip will located in the local city precisely.
