I don't think there is such a tool available right now. Unless you mean content creation then I propose you go with chatgpt. But still human copywriters are better than chatgpt at the time of writing this.

Pretty much any text-to-image or text-to-video tool can do the work if you google it. There's plenty freemium and every month there's new tools that you can explore, mix and combine between them.
