some questions from a new YouTuber

hi , I'm new YouTuber and I don't know much about copyright and other things.
please give some answers:

1. do i need to give credit for every music which i use in my video ? whenever i go to any copyright free music website they always ask to give credit in description and even for 15 secons music like for YT intro.

2. i sometimes make videos with the help of text and ai voice and also create original content with camera(which is less as compared to ai videos on my channel)
will there be any problem in monitization this mix of ai & human content ?

3. i have my own channel where i will soon start Posting videos with face and my office where i work they also want to post my videos on their Yt channel and Instagram.
Again same question can i post same content on both channels(my videos with face different content may be somtimes) and still monitize my own channel properly?

Depends. You don't need to give any credits for music that you own the rights to use. For example music from the youtube music library or music that you have purchased/licensed.

Otherwise you do have to credit them. Crediting a creator does no harm to your seo, makes you look more credible and helps the creator of the copyright free track. It only helps them and does no harm to you, so do it if you can.

There should not be any. As long as you don't get banned/shadow-banned for spam.

You can monitize your channel but make sure your office colleagues don't file a copyright takedown because of content-ID fuckups.

Youtube gives a unique content-ID to each video and it does it by analyzing the videos for similarity. If 2 videos are completely identical, one can file a takedown for the other, so make sure you have understanding with your colleagues or edit your videos to make them different enough.

Potentially you can have their channels as a linked channel to yours as well.

No. Shadowban because of spamming. YouTube can't figure if your videos are ai generated or not when done well. Just don't flood your channel with hundreds of uploads too quickly. That kills reach.

btw I can't figure out how should i write a description and i made simple intro of just 3 seconds , do i need outro also which says subscribe and like etc.(for this i need to add some non copyright music)

accounts are two and i will be teaching on both accounts but i can choose different topics.

There is no need t give credit when u use free copyright music but is a good practice some website would like some credit even if is free on the video or description section check that out.

You can use AI there is no problem but content should be interesting and make sure AI voice doesn't sound to robotic for the rest you are good.

Better post different videos for your company and your channel any problem or retaliation could make them take down your channel and content even if is you, so different content to avoid any problem will be good also could demand part of your earnings from your channel so you could keep the videos and give them more money or take down the video for the copyright complain they file.

Yes, there are usually problems with monetization when AI voice is used in your content.

- Yes, you are expected to give credit for all content that is not originally created by yourself or that has already been used on any platform.

- No. This should not at all be a problem if what you are creating is high HQ content. In cases where the creator uses AI to make spam content just to generate revenue, issues will arise and YT's algorithm will detect and reduce exposure of the creator.

- Yes. But again, you will have to follow the same idea as in your 1st query. Credit will have to be given on whomever posts the same content second. As long as you credit the orginal creator/content correctly, there should be no problem at all.
