How to better start on X (former Twitter) from the scratch???

Hello community, having some experience in trading crypto I'd like to start the X account to share my views and trading positions.
I have one inactive account (with around 100 posts) that was created in the autumn 2020 and another account that was created in the autumn 2023 (a couple of posts). Both have the same amount of followers -- around 40, and all the followers are bots (latino girls XD)

I ve tested and the posts haven't gained many views so far - around 5 views for each account

I also wanna buy the verification blue mark

The question to you, mates,
1. What account is better to concentrate on? Older one or a newer one?
2. What are the general tips to gain views without buying followers and likes

I think growing organically is the best solution. Being an expert on a topic helps. Post helpful stuffs (but on a niche) regularly, after fixed intervals.

Do not post f4f stuffs, it looks cheap.

Be humble. Reply to everything you see on “for you” section.

If you are looking to invest the profile, try doing giveaway, for example giveaway t-shirts and post the results publicly. Take emails from your followers for entering the giveaway. Confirm them, blast them with emails.

Aged accounts is best for most of anything on these social media platforms. That said, the best way to grow is to really grind hard on interactions and engagements. It's the slow and steady rout for getting organic followers though.

2) There was a guy on bhw (I can't remember his name) who talked about a method to grow an account quickly. In short, you follow a bunch of your competitors who are already popular, turn on the bell to be notified as soon as they tweet, then leave a comment with value + an image or GIF to get noticed and get traction on your competitors' post.

Hey, thank you guys for suggestions.
I've started with the old account

So far it goes quite strangely
the replies on other posts are gaining around 100 views
however, my original posts are gaining like 2-6 views
Also, I checked from other accounts that in research my old account doesn't show up

I guess, X has put a shadowban on me
