ok let me explain:
an IP can log into Youtube anywhere between 173 to 214 views per video.
The proxies are updated daily but some of us need to have them updated more often, because they provide with around 80 proxies a day, even if they provided a 100 that's only 20,000 per day and usually theres a lot of repeats so it's not even that, what you want to do is prepare a big list of proxies every day or every other day.
How to get proxy? that's probably the next question - i hear many ways and i want to refer to some of those:
1 - proxyfire - great proxies in this forum keep posting enough to get points so that you will be able to view proxies.
2 - using proxy tools(grabber checker etc..) - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! there are so many people out there who will do it for you and much better then you FOR FREE! since they have a proxy site and they make money out of banners/adsense.
3 - some of those sites like samir.ru and other proxy sites will not always provide the bext ".txt" format so you kinda have to copy and paste - a great way to do it is by copying the whole page and going to excel choosing "paste special" and playing with the option - it will help you clean up and have just the proxies.
4 - another great way to find proxies is by using this search phrase in google:
"allinurl: proxylist.txt"
