FB group red quality but no longer has admin vio

Hello guys has anyone have this problem on their fb group. The group is currently at red quality, but there is no admin vio, nor an expiration date when it will be gone or somewhere to appeal.

I got the same issue a few days back for one of my group.
No info on which post they are talking about or anything.

Send them an email you get a few automated email replies back to all of them then it will get fixed ( at least that's what happened in my case)

For this case how do u even send them an email? Their support almsot
Never reply when you report something under settings

When I clicked on the notification and went through the options I got something like "If you disagree drop the details and email" or something like that.
Then the next day I received an email from them.

This one has nothing at all I don’t even see the violation nor thing to disagree
