I hope to see some new mods and MORE COMPETITIONS(Last one was the christmas competition I guess). Some SEO competition would be really cool

We don't "report" people who constantly make improper posts. However, we have to leave a message explaining why the thread was deleted. The message can only be seen by other Mods and Admins.

In ericsson's case, there were a few consecutive nights where he was posting anything and everything in rapid-fire. Some of his posts were duplicates, some were on the DNS and some were applications that had no VirusTotal scan included. On a couple of those nights he was making as many as 5 or 6 improper threads. Furthermore, I never suggested that his status be downgraded from Jr. Vip to a regular member. I believe that happened as a result of HIS actions - not mine. He was lucky he didn't get banned during that time, considering how many rules he broke during that period

One thing that is important to know is that, to be a Moderator, one needs to keep a level head and act in an objective way. It is not about popularity. For instance, the reason I recently chose Peter2002 as a downloads moderator is not because of his frequent shares, but because he always acts rationally and objectively on the forum. And he handles himself very well by politely addressing negative comments without any emotional drama. He also knows how to create and maintain a download thread in a proper manner.
