Hi everyone,

if im using my 4G lte from my personal phone to share a hotspot with another device (basically using it instead of a proxy), can i create new accounts on my other device without it linking to my personal device that is sharing the data? im kind of afraid that i will be sharing the same ip address or something because of the shared hotspot so it might see both device id’s?

Important because i wouldn’t want my main phone’s account to be banned theyre very important to me. Thanks LMK

It's still recommended to use a mobile proxy - it's always better to play safe if you have important accounts on your main device. Because when you use your phone's 4G LTE connection to share a hotspot with another device, both devices share the same external IP address provided by your mobile network provider. And while sharing an IP, especially from a mobile network, doesn't necessarily mean they're linked from whichever SM POV - it is a noteworthy factor. But I think if you don't do any actions on main accounts while you make registrations and then rotate IP when you're done creating them, it should be safe - as in, not having both main account and created acc. active from the same IP.

Device ID's like IMEI for your phone can't be detected by browser and services due to privacy protections implemented by most operating systems and browsers but some apps like tiktok is well-known to be sniffing your simcard location IDs. They also might use cookies, account information, or other means of tracking to identify and link activities or accounts.

Based on my experience its safe to connect your phone via hot spot to different devices. Anyway you need to track the exact I.P you are using at the moment.
Your phone has very long I.P range. You can change the i.p when connecting to different profile ( account ) so every single account with have a different I.p address - same provider of course but different one. Its hard for the platform to link these account if you have a good setup. Many people can use these i.ps in the same time.

You can have a maximum of 4-5 accounts per single device.
