FB Ads - Gambling Audience Targeting

Hey guys, so I'm currently looking for ways to target my audience (online gambling) without getting the "workers". My ads are only hitting the online gambling admins hence not giving me great results.

Is there any suggestions on how I could target the players solely and not the workers?

I have the same problem with this one, we are currently targeting Southeast Asia countries with a Gambling niche...
on facebook, I usually use lookalikes from web activities 0-1%, 3-5%, and 5-10%. In the first week, the results are in, but we are having a problem in the first month because our ads come up with meh results. We changed the content per 2 weeks after the frequency reached 2 and spent around 50$ per adset (we have 12 adsets with respective 0-1%, 3-5%, and 5-10%, also split Facebook and Instagram).


my questions are:
- Should i change to interest-based audiences?
- Should i change to Automatic Audiences from facebook? (kinda dumb but i wanted to know your opinion on this one)
- Should i add more money? ( i really want to do this but i don't have any convictions to the boss)

We mainly struggling in Indonesia, i just got customer data and fu list, should i create lookalike from customer data?

Yes we did, we tested several contents every week and implemented the winning content on the next week, we did everything what could work in other country, but in Indonesia specifically we have been struggling.

Mainly we do 2 types of ads, one is sales ads to our thank you page for deposit, and leads to gain more players. Last week we also done some brand awareness ads mainly link clicks to help branding to certain cities in Indonesia.
