Making Money online as a Nigerian

The NG government are really standing against every method of making money online, aside from creating content, it's very difficult to make money via crypto currency Nigeria.
i want to put it out here for anyone who want to collaborate to make money through arbitrage.
I have a working Wise account that can receive and send, payoneer and working paypal.

Well this is not a Nigeria prince scenario, recently the NG government ban Binance P2P and NGN pair completely it's really just difficult.

Before now... There was a method to make money through arbitrage but it requires to have someone from Kenya or SA... Though this method doesn't work any more... I'm hoping I will find someone here who know another method and need someone from Nigeria... To make it happen.

You can't be proposing a business idea by shrouding the info, what exactly do you mean by arbitrage?
