Hi.
I started onlyfans managing in 2023 January till last month i was managing only one model which was generating me very good amount of the money i scaled the model to very good numbers but the girl decide to quit cuz she started getting her boyfriend and she decide to close it. She is friend of mine so basically now i'm kinda cutted of my income. I tried to look for a model i did run some instagram page dm to girls but i think in 2024 it won't work i made myself a bot to dm on instagram but even tho i was sending daily a lot of messages it wasn't working good maybe the script outreach was bad i didn't try myself instagram ads cuz forsure someone of you will tell that and propably will try that in the future.

Make some local ads/craigslists looking for models, for discreet job, but in the ad you should state it's not necessary for nudes or porn0graphic activity.

Depends on the market with the industry you`re in you will definitely have illegitimate people involved just have to do the research and make the best choice you can.

A lot of models are lazy need to have the right motivators to keep good ones.

Try IG DM ads, mass DM, or m/s for outreach.

But the main focus should be on improving both your outreach script and your personal brand:
- Do you have a well-built Instagram profile that inspires trust and appears professional?
- Does your outreach script sound professional or like a 17-year-old promising worlds and wonders with no evidence other than basically trust me bro?

You're trying to recruit OnlyFans models, so the trust between you as an agency and the models needs to be impeccable. Many agencies/individuals looking to start an OnlyFans agency emerge from nowhere and have subpar content.

Indeed the mean you chose to approach them is the less important part; you should focus on how you're perceived first.

You can find models on model marketplaces. Pay no more than 500$ in my opinion. Everybody messaging girls on IG so its very saturated. You can also try to find models in nightclubs.

Don't even try approaching models on ig, it's a nightmare there. Models get everyday at least 20 "hey dear, how's your onlyfans doing?" supposedly from other models, but it's the agencies pretending to be them to scam models into their shitty agencies. Then they start saying about how her agency helped her, basically using the model's identity and so on.

Go to a nightclub and talk to them in person.

Well before i didn't look for a model cuz actually my friend asked me cuz she knew that i had some background of marketing and we made together really good cash but later idk she didn't want to continue even tho she was doing big numbers i will try those things if not i will just ask around in my city

You should also ask your friend to be your reference - i.e. share her experience and results as an OF creator working with you. This will help you close other models.

Anyone have any tips for warm outreach. I go to a relatively large college. And I’m thinking like some girls here have to want to do of or do it now. However if I hit them up over Snapchat or something I just don’t want to come off across as a complete weirdo who does onlyfans. I’m not worried about like ruining my reputation but more like my image in a sense idk. Any tips would help.
