You could connect with FB support if you run ads on that account. Tell them the last time you spoke with them, they solved that problem on your other account. If it does not work, R.I.P.

its very hard to recover your account but you can try to recover your Instagram account after it was deleted due to copyright strikes, appeal the decision through Instagram's support channels and provide relevant documentation supporting your case.
