run dns lookup to check then talk to their support.
Contact Live Support and let them fix it.Might be a stupid question, but i changed my nameservers to Ezoics to apply for monetization. After changing them back to NameCheap Web Hosting DNS my website is not getting hosted. Been almost 3 days. What shold i do?
I guess he came here for a faster solution, if their support sucks.make sure the DNS records are pointing to the right IPs, that's probably the reason,
3 days is too long even for NS update which can take some time in some DNS hosts,
also, Namecheap support does provide quick responses the last time i've tried,
if a quick google search doesn't provide the answer, don't hesitate to knock their door

Delete those Buckts / Groups that are handling multiple Domains, or pull it out, and then adjust accordingly by yourself.
After trying that, call support- don't forget the Support PIN

Thanks for the help. The problem was that i've changed hosting package recently, so the site was left on two cPanels. Support removed one of them then i moved the website manuallyDiscuss with Namecheap Support via Live chat
