Before i start, i'd like to tell you guys dont text me if you want to buy my email list via inbox, because that is not allowed. I am not a VIP member yet. And i would not like to get banned from this forum.

I'd like to know where can i sell a 31.000 niche USA female 18-45yo email list. Thank you!

You can just monetize the list with the reason these people opted in. E.g. if it's a jewelry email list, create a shopify dropshipping store and sell them jewelry.

What is the source of this list? You have plenty of options.

You can get VIP and sell it here (but single list + multiple sales won't get you lots of sales) or you can open a joint venture thread and work with someone who specialised in email marketing or you can monetise yourself.

The soruce is from CPA marketing 2021-2024, collected by automated form on the website. But the VIP is too expensive for me, i would buy it only if i was sure that i will sell the thing.

Obviously. But even if you sold that thing you won't find lot of buyers for that same list sold over and over again. Your only option now is to enter into a JV with a member who does email marketing or monetise this list yourself. Sending out 30k emails can be tricky especially when you're not sure what you're doing.
