1. Easiest & cheaper option to manage accounts is to have rotating proxies for your accounts. It increases the risk, but cheaper then alternatives. If you are ok to spend, get mobile/residental static IP for each account.

2. It's a must, I cannot suggest any specific browser but most of them works fine.

3. Mostly not, but in case you got into their regular check, just dump the account since it's not only about phone number. Otherwise you can easily use sms services (there are a ton)

1- Yes its necessary to have different ips. Best way is to get static residential proxies from any good vendors. You can buy them for $2-3 usd per month and attach each separate one with each account so there are no issues every time you login and to fiverr it will seem normal that someone is logging in from a residential ip. Most famous and cheap static residential ip providers are iproyal (they ask for id verification) and proxy-cheap dot com

2- Yes the easiest way to manage multiple fiverr accounts is to use anti detect browsers. Use dolphin anty or incognition, they are both good and give upto 10 profiles for free. Make a separate profile for each fiverr account and attach a separate static residential proxy to each fiverr account.

3- Yes phone verification is required or you cannot attach a withdrawal method to fiverr account. The easiest option is to get few sim cards on your name or your relatives name in which ever country you are living or the hard option, if you want get non voip us sim numbers for verification. Disagree with payoneer multi accounting since literally experimented making a 2nd personal account and bam the 2nd one rejected and the normal already verified one was also somehow found out by them and banned. Why would you make a second personal account with the same name. Make a separate new account on your sister,brother,mother,father,uncle or any relative's name and just make sure that you have access to their id cards when payoneer asks. I am managing 4 separate accounts for the past 6 years and have never run into any issues. I even manage them from 1 home computer.
