Hello,
I wonder if Quora and Twitter is working for backlinks ?
And if i make a bot that automatically post twitter message when there is a new thread on my forum about what the thread talk, and with #, is it good for backlinks /seo ?
Even if it send many tweets/quora a day ?

here is a hint: any link that you can get for free, will NOT have any impact on your ranking

I mean, why not ? Because finally it make activity for them, and backlink for us so it can be worth somehow

know that in twitter the links are do follow but on ther other hand quora's links are no-follow but doing this can be very good for your website
Oh really, twitter is do follow ?? I didn't know that, good to know

bro twitter has removed the no-follow source code
Please show me

I heard about it too, that some peoples said Twitter removed nofollow on their code

Quora and Twitter for backlinks can be part of a broader strategy, but it's important to understand how these platforms impact SEO. Links from Twitter and Quora are typically nofollow, meaning they don't directly contribute to your site's backlink profile in the eyes of search engines. However, they can drive relevant traffic and increase your content's reach. Creating a bot to automatically post Twitter messages about new forum threads can boost engagement and traffic if done right.

If you provide valuable content then Quora and Twitter can be useful for backlinks. Automated bots may not be ideal as they can appear spammy and harm your reputation. Focus on rightful engagement for better results.

Links from twitter, YouTube, etc won't help you or do not pass any authority to your site.

Depends on the link but a lot of free links suck. That's why you dont go for the low hanging fruit of free links. Think outside the box you know.

Free links don't do anything for your ranking. Unless you make very valuable content and traffic comes through there. But as backlinks they are shitty as hell.
