Use the cookies and use corresponding proxies according to country of signup.

Yes always use the same cookies with the account as well as the same IP

If you use the cookies it basically looks like you're on the same device or browser and still logged in. This would mean that Instagram would observe a change in location (IP address) but not a new device / browser.

If you don't use the cookies it looks like in a new location AND on a new device or browser.

Using the cookies should be one less flag in Instagram's eyes.

Of course, as mentioned in other replies, ideally you would have an IP (via a proxy) in the same region as the account creation to remove this flag too.

damn do you think i run the risk of getting banned if i log in with my canadian ip address but its made in USA? the accs are already warmed i just want to change profile picture and username, just to comment manually on my main acc post so nothing spammy at all

basically what im asking is , is there a high ban risk, because i need the accounts to be there for the long term but cant afford proxies so im forced to use my canadian LTE to rotate ip addresses, so i wouldnt want the accounts to be banned after couple days out of nowhere.

Another option i have would be to create 5 new ig accounts with other devices, but i dont know if u can create so many in a short amount of time, and would they need warmup before commenting on a post?

You should use the cookies to login but nevertheless I can confirm that often you can login easy without them.

what about different country ip address from where it was created? how high of a risk for ban, i want to keep these accounts long term

By the sounds of it I think you should be ok as long as the accounts are high quality. With Canada being right next door to the USA I think you'd be unlucky to get flagged.

That being said, Instagram is more unpredictable than ever right now so it's definitely worth taking it easy and carrying out experiments to see what works and what doesn't.

You need to use cookies, because if you use a login and password for a new authorization, Instagram may consider it suspicious and block accounts, and logging in through cookies will continue the current session, despite the change in technical data, the likelihood of blocking will be greatly reduced

i should use the given cookies to log in with ?
Yes you should.
whats the difference if i dont use the cookies?
With cookies you get directly logged into the account.
i dont got proxies tho, i’m going to use my canadian lte as hotspot and rotate the ip on each account, do i still use the cookies?
Not necessary but to avoid any suspicious login you should.
got you, do u think the accs will get banned if my ip address is in a different country than where it’s created?
Nope

Create 2 at a time in one phone with one 4g max, not more to avoid getting instantly banned.

Always try to use the same proxies and ip as well for the particular account. It is safer for use.
