If you know how to make cool designs, you can use POD platforms, some are free. But you have to bring your own traffic.

it has gotten harder with ai able to make many designs very fast but it is still possible to make money from this. Facebook ads or buying a promotion from a social media account can work.

If you are a graphic artist and have the skill, I wouldn't recommend using an I image for anything else except tracing in illustrator or photoshop!
Sometimes, you might get an ok design with AI, but you can always tell it is AI, whereas it is more satisfying to create a sharp vector quality image to create your PNG upload from. Plus, you can make it easily in more ways, like combining the artistry on YouTube and promoting back to your sites there.

3 Sites I am currently using to promote t-shirts on are:

• fourthwall
• spreadshirt
• threadless

They are good platforms to sell on, and maybe aren't as big as some others, but they are easier to handle and manage and upload quickly for a variety of products.

My designs get included in the spreadsheet marketplace automatically I notice now, that I use hand drawn vector image designs. Before even if I downloaded vector assets from freepik.com and made the designs slightly different, they got rejected.

I think there is sophisticated technology for same asset art, and more so ai. But nothing will replace a hand, pen and digital screen!

As far as a profit- it is more difficult to make money with analog and traditional print. if you do this you are well positioned in a niche that lends well to specialization. In other words, pick a very targeted segment to print for.

I think you need to grow your own niche and audience. Uploading 100 designs on Redbubble and getting banned will leave a bitter taste in your mouth. I had some success 5-6 years ago with Teespring and doing promo code thing with larger accounts on IG (kind of affiliate marketing).
Now I am building niche accounts on IG/Tiktok/FB and when they will hit the right momentum, I will open POD stores via Shopify.
I think the right way to go about this is to go with your own platform , get your own prices, as I remember Teespring for example took massive cuts of profits , and you have competition and you are at the mercy of the platform, there are no guarantees that you won't be bot flagged, etc. And with all the hours putting in work , creating hundreds of listings will disappear instantly.

Your own website - also opening shop on Etsy would be my answer.

It depends on the designs . You can check etsy and add latest or contemporary slogans so that it might create some interest.

Well i would say every business depends upon the person in what level you looking yo scale up. People Making funky things and print and selling on e-commerce also and earning so i would say again everything depends upon the person to person
