I'm doing something similar, but I'm using a virtual model because there's a space out there for AI models as influencers as well. I just started right around Christmas time, so I'm about 2 months into this journey.
This works for either way because you have to deepfake either way. As long as you got a solid face swap tool this can be done very easily. I use SeaArt AI for my virtual model and Rope-main for my pilot models (real-life model) that I use for video content. A pilot model is basically like a gaming capture actor where you use them to deepfake your model's face onto a real-life female for your videos.
All you need to do is figure out the hair color of your model rather it be a blonde, brunette, or redhead. I recommend body size to be normal like between 105-140 lbs. because most of your pilot models will likely be around that shape size. Just make sure they don't have tattoos or anything too unique where you can't use different pilot models for your deepfakes.
As far as OnlyFans goes or any other site that requires verification, you can definitely do this, but I don't even recommend wasting your time with OnlyFans since I heard verification continues to get super tough on there. There are alternatives, but I'd recommend using your own site. There's this PHP platform called JustFans that uses the OnlyFans UI and you can control everything on your site. It's the safest option if you plan on doing this long-term. If anything happens to OnlyFans, Patreon, or the other platforms that affects your ability to make a living off of there, you will not face that running everything on your own site because you are responsible for everything and rules won't change for your site. The only challenge you will face especially early on is just getting your fans to trust your site to put their card on there, but eventually that won't be an issue the more you keep thugging it out in this industry.
As you guys see below for my YouTube Shorts, I'm stealing TikTok videos and deepfaking my models with those. Sometimes you can get a filter look if it's up too close, so I'd recommend your videos be further away from your model's face.
For the long form content, I actually pay a pilot model to film the videos for me and I deepfake my models onto the girl. My main model is a blonde, so I just have to find a regular sized blonde and I'm good to go.
It's very easy once you get the hang of it, the hardest part is marketing and getting paid subs, that's what I'm still working on right now, but I got all of the technical stuff down as far as making the models and such.
