How To Avoid People Sabotage Our Account?

how to avoid our facebook account from being sabotage for example:

people steal our password

or many people do something until our account been banned (like youtube flag)

please advise

Yes, create a strong password, and don't enter it anywhere that isn't facebook.com. (i.e. Don't get phished!)

What are these people doing that would cause YOUR account to be banned? Reporting you as spam? That's easy...don't spam! Or at least be a little crafty with how you do it!

that means anybody can sabotage our account rite? even if we dont spam, for example we do some service that is same with other people

so our rival can sabotage

If you are not spamming or doing anything wrong, what are you worried about?
How is someone going to sabotage your account?

If you explain better, perhaps someone can help you better.
