Hey, so I just bought an expired domain recently and I've been having difficulty on how to utilize it properly.

First off, this is how I find and determine if a domain is good or bad:
1. Had good ranking keywords
2. English
3. Was not ages ago that it dies and have 0 traffic
4. Still appear on google ( site:https://www.(DOMAIN).com )

Am I doing it right to determine if one is good or not?

Secondly, I am having difficulties on how to restore the previous contents for it to be used...
I already made the list of the sites I want to restore, but how do I do it?

Thank you!!

Waybackmachine the website url, download, edit the source and remove any waybackmachine reference, done.

Then just upload the website files to the server and you should be good.

With the suggestion above from @Pordromp, try and improve on the content to give you a better chance at ranking
So I bought my expired domain a few months ago and just now I was checking, "site:https://www.(DOMAIN).com", there is 0 result in google. Does this mean the keyword/website is penalized from google and I can no longer use it to rank?

I use archive org personally. But archivarix Is good also.

Your check is insufficient, you don't even take the actual strength of the domain into account.

And then there's spam, for that, use this. - https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/what-is-your-checklist-for-domains-for-pbn.1342695/#post-14514468

For restoration, use Archivarix.

yup Archivarix are best :)
So I restore the whole page? Or would it be okay if I don't restore the content and just put in the same H1 heading in there along with the same exact URL

Also, do I restore these pages to blogs?

You're doing fine picking expired domains. Watch out for legal stuff. And to bring back old stuff, use Wayback Machine or ask the domain company for backups. Just be cool about copyrights;)

Do I completely restore the page like it used to be from Wayback Machine? I got my way with Wayback Machine but I still fail to understand on how I could restore it to my hosting, do you have any tips for me?

Okay, so Wayback Machine won't give direct restoration to your hosting. You gotta do it manually. Just at the old stuff, save pics, copy text, and then rebuild it on your hosting and also make sure you're allowed to use everything

Choosing expired domain is a good option to restore your previous content go to Archive.org you can check on different dates how your site works previously in the past.

Would I be fine if I only copy the image and the header? I heard it's okay if I do just that?

Should all the blogs point to the main page?

Don't just copy images and headers, link your blogs to the right stuff, not just the main page, because it gives a better user experience.

I just want the expired domain to go back to google and then redirect it for the power, could I get away with only the header and URL?

Just having the header and URL may not cut it; for Google's favor, add some valuable content instead of keeping it basic

My expired domain can no longer be found on google “site:DOMAIN”. Does this mean this domain is no longer any good for me to use its power?

No if it is not found, it has lost it's power , but it is not that it's unusable - try reindexing it and make it visible again by adding good stuff

How does one lost its power?

How does one lost its power?
On my opinion, if a website doesn't stay updated with good content or gets into trouble with search engine rules, it can lose its power and not show up well in searches

so restoring the old content from an expired domain, but my brand domain is in an entirely different niche. So I will add my brand content in expire domain and need to do canonicalization as well. Could anyone guide me
