instagram buying accounts

bought a few instagram accounts with followers, first two have been banned pretty quick. Been setting them up slowly , changing pfp ,name and posting not in quick succession but still seem to be getting banned. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? or have experience with setting up accounts bought for your own use .

btw accounts are not being used as spam bots or anything. Bought for the followers only

nope, am guessing that is the issue
