Use hashtags and description probably. In other words, do on-Page SEO.

I have seen channels juat started less than 3 weeks getting thousands of views, How?
 
make new videos everyday, lots of youtubers made these easy videos everyday, some make money, some dont, its hard
 
I'd say look for a niche that not a lot of people are doing and produce content for that. Next, you'll want to ensure that you are regularly posting videos. You'll also want to promote the video on social media and encourage others to share. You may also want to have some kind of promo like someone who shares the video will get a prize to increase engagement.

I think you should find a robot farm of your own so that you can optimize your keyword rankings,Because I've been looking for a robot farm, and if we find one, we can help each other,I see a lot of people using 5,000 or even 10,000 trumpets to optimize their videos
 
Depends if you have your own bot farm.

I saw channels with 3-4-5M subs that are probably 95% organic.

Videos are pure AI trash with bad sounds, no quality content, but top quality thumbnails.

Then 100-200 fake accounts comment AI text below and top 5-20 comments are super targeted to look natural.

Comments are upvoted enough times to rank on top (everything by bots) AI content is for SEO purposes, done smart.

Do these videos rank on google, do thumbnails rank too, what keywords on youtube they rank for, idk, but they on average receive 100k+ views per video. 80% traffic must be organic. They earn well.

Their content is something you wouldn't care to watch, but it will load ad before you watch any of their clip, so it's good.

You don't need big budget to have 200 bots. And you can come up with better quality and do something similar.

Then this guy definitely has his own robot farm.，And there are a lot of accounts to do these things.

can you send an example ? I see some ASMR channels doing very well, specially if its a beautiful women.. some "yoga" videos for obvious reasons do very well.. seen a girl with millions of views in 1 month and already earning with patreon at least 2k a month.
