google ads on youtube videos!?

it only popped up once... on only one video... a transparent google add on the youtube video!!....

i havent seen google ads, but i did see a guys video that had clickable links and pop in ads throughout his video. i'd post the vid link, but i dont remember what the vid was. i thought i bookmarked it but i didnt....anyone know how to do this on youtube?

oh ok, that was my first time seeing it on youtube. i think it was an iphone 3g video that it was on.

its only on this video... atleast as far as i know.....
adwords doesnt give an option for youtube marketing either...
so i guess this is just a test phase......
