You can try changenow.io or simpleswap.io - ive used them both and they offer changes for a lot of different currencies, though their rates are not the cheapest.

It never asks me for KYC so maybe it's your location.

There aren't any easy ones really.

There are P2P forums (reputed) where social media services are being sold and they also trade crypto so your best bet is to sign up with such forums and marketplaces and they do require KYC so if you need to exchange crypto for fiat constantly then I'd just pay someone $50 to create me that forum account and do the KYC for me.

Since you are from India, I assume it shouldn't be a problem to use someone for it.
