Making money online isnt that easy

For me, the hardest part is decision making.

Should I do this, or that instead?

Do I need to focus on this traffic source or that other one?

In offline work when you work for someone else, you wont need to worry about these things, you will get tasks which you need to work on and thats pretty much it.

In online work you will need constantly be your own manager and decide whats the next step.

Oh yeah. It's hard to believe here sometimes. But once you trust them on BHW, you feel like there's no end to rabbit hole of black hat truth.
This is very true bro, there's a lot of fibbers on BHW, and I wouldn't trust everybody on here. I've been on here for a while now, ran into a lot of liars on this site. I just ran into one last week claiming they were making $10k off their models then when I told them to post their credentials for proof, they couldn't provide anything to me.

What are your yearly earnings from YouTube?
During this past year in 2023, it was $5,493.14 as I was working less and less on my YouTube channels compared to the previous year where I made $6,620.31 (August-December 2022), as I don't have my info for the rest of 2022 since I was using a different AdSense account before June of that year. I think overall it was around $10k in 2022 though.

I'm not making anywhere close to that anymore as my main channel doesn't make a lot of money anymore. I'm hanging in between $200-300 most months, and this last month, I only made $177 because January's ad-revenue is shit.

YouTube is basically side money at this point for me as I'm more focused on my AI modeling business this year. During my heyday with YouTube from 2012-2018, I used to make between $50k-60k on any given year. I had a $15k paycheck in November 2016 as well. Boy, I miss those golden days on YouTube before the rule changes in 2018 that put me out of business.

There is a lot of good people here, for example me and you. :D Take a look at jr exec and exec status. Mods are good too.

I heard there is something going on with OF_Beekman lately. $100k mo? And selling Ebooks? No way.

There was a guy by the name Ontealdon claiming to pursue $500k mo with micro SaaS. He was caught selling via PM later on...

Don't mention Sartre.

You're overwhelming yourself. Take one strategy you feel confident about (e.g. if others are using it and getting successful results) and focus on that. Stick with that one strategy and try to make it work. Ignore everything else.
hey brother . I am new here , I have not any experience to make money online . even I don't know what should I do , I don't have any idea , could you please just tell me how should i start .

Your content is not advertiser friendly and you're only getting a fraction of the revenue that you used to get? Is that what happened?

if you learn different skills then there is a lot of opportunity for everyone to earn money online.

It is similar to a traditional business, at the beginning you do not win anything, you only lose and you hope to become profitable in the long term. If you see it as a business, it is easy to give everything until you achieve it.

But it is hard and a little unstable from time to time.
Just gotta realize that this game doesn’t pay salary. Youre not gunna get paid for your time at the bottom, however it’s the time at the bottom that’s going to make you so Much more in the future.

It's about engineering a system that is self sufficient and doesn't take too much maintaining time.

Putting in hours is only worth when you are fruitful. So it's like artism. And artistry. And being an artisan. Forget 15 hours coding sessions... You can just outsource coding to Venezuela and Sri Lanka. They'll be more than happy for 50 bucks every 3 or so days.

Write down all your damn ideas. Do some analyses. That's creative work. You can't really outsource it efficiently.

Your mind works on it all the time in the background. Hours won't do that.

Anytime I tell people I want to be an engineer, they think it's about building bridges. They don't get you can engineer everything, including society and behavior.

Creativity isn't a strong trait of schools and people going there. They claim that themselves and say there's a lot of education system victims. A case of shitty engineering.

My boss did anonymous offline operations.

Not a problem.

Heaven and hell are religious concepts. I believe black hat is down to earth and realistic. White hat is hell. Black hat plus white hat are heaven.

Yeah, me and you for sure. LOL!

I always comeback here because there are a lot of good people here, I rarely have a bad experience on here with anybody. You can certainly learn a lot from people who actually know what they're talking about and actually practiced the stuff they preached.

Yeah, there's no way Beekman got $100k/month, there's only one dude that I trust out there that's made that much and that's this one YouTuber named Diego Indigo.

Yeah, these guys try to use this site to sell without upgrading to Jr. VIP, and that's why some people lie on here to sell their services.

Most of my earnings comes from my commentary channels, but I do like pro wrestling recaps and those tend to pay low in CPM. Really what happened was that I was working less on my content in the past year to focus on other money making opportunities. I started focusing on crypto and sports gambling which took up a lot of my time, and now I'm doing the AI Influencer stuff. In all of 2022, I was focused mainly just on YouTube, so that's why my earnings was so much higher that year. Ad-rates really haven't changed year-to-year.

I don't really understand what put you out of business then? You said YouTube rule changes put you out of business. Did you have any luck with sports betting?

I've spent quite some time looking into AI influencers, it is significantly more work than it seems. Generating content is the easy part. Driving traffic is the hard part as social media platforms don't like/penalize adult content with the exception of Twitter that is filled with bots. On top of that most OF girls more than 50% of their revenue from chatting. Some weirdo pays $4.99, you get 80% of that and you have to chat with him for a whole month if you want to retain him. That doesn't sound like something that is worth spending time on. This only makes sense if you can drive exessive amount of traffic at will.

Let me explain, sir, so the rules changed back in 2018 to cleanup the site a bit since there were a lot of creators like me who were abusing the system originally by monetizing content that we didn't own, or copyright content. From 2012-2017, YT was the wild wild west where you had a number of creators able to make extremely good money off of copyright content. It was also easy to make new channels over and over again to monetize right out of the gave after you signed up. Now, as you might know you need 1,000 subs and 4,000 hours of watch time to get into the YouTube Partner Program to monetize your content. They also will not monetize any reused content, so basically the stuff that I was making money off of in that era. Whenever I got in trouble with copyright strikes and stuff originally, it didn't really hurt except the growth of that channel, but I always knew that I could make a new channel and account right away and start monetizing right away. Overtime, I got better and better learning companies who didn't strike down creators, so I kept some channels up longer than others. They changed the rules during the spring of 2018, and that's when my money dried up as all of my channels over the course of about 3 months were all demonetized, and I had to scramble, so I lost my ability to live off that type of content forever on the platform.

Nope, sports betting didn't work at all as I made money here and there, but I always lost it back to the sportsbooks. It's impossible to really have success in that industry because the house always win and gets their money back the more you bet. You need a lot of money to really earn decently from it and have good risk management where you're not losing the money you just made so quickly. If I had a decent amount of money, I could make it work better as I got better overtime. I still do bet, but I do it for fun, not to earn a living. It's basically side money like YouTube.

Yeah, when it comes to AI influencers that is true, especially when it comes to driving traffic is the hard part, and that's where I'm honestly stuck at because I'm not a good marketer. If you're a good marketer you won't have a hard time with that part, and I think it takes knowing where to promote your content as well. Chatters is where the money is, but it's not really required, there's a lot of creators that do well without chatting. Personally, I think chatting unless you're getting the right type of help is a detriment to your business. I've heard from a lot of creators, not just AI influencers, but real girls who struggle with their business when they rely solely on chatting. You have to put in a lot of hours to chat with your customers, and if you miss a day, or anytime it can hurt your business. It can really take time away from content creation and marketing, or whatever else you need for your business, and I've also heard that it's risky letting VAs takeover your chat because most of them disrespect your customers and can do some shady stuff to your business, so it's not all what it's propped up to be. You don't want to rely on it as the real automation with this industry is just getting subs, or money from PPV content. If I had more money, I could scale up my simp channels on YouTube by rehiring the models that I worked with in the past to help make me content. I made $33 bucks this month off of my most recent video, it's got 20.5k views and $33 in ad-revenue made this month. You can make good money by having a decent YouTube channel as well.

Like anything in life especially with businesses, you have to be all in and have a passion for it, and not just do it for the money. That's how I was so success with YouTube all of these years because I have a passion to create content and edit videos together. I would do this for free if I had the time as I love making my AI model come to life, and generating pictures is fun for me. I talk to a lot of creators on social media who are in this industry, and a lot of them don't even do it for the money.

It doesn't matter what business you get into it's going to take up time if you really want to make a living off of it. There's no shortcuts, so whether you see it as worth it to you, or not is fully up to you. I don't have a plan B, C, D, or F, so I'm sticking with this because I know the money is pretty good for it especially the more my model grows.

Don't fall for shiny objects syndrome.
Stick to a plan for atleast six months

I don't think I would have just dropped YouTube like that. You have already developed a skillset and just tossing it to a side and moving to something new doesn't seem like an optimal choice. Could you not use the same content and add comentary? This way it would not fall under reused content as your commentary would make it transformative and you would have no issues with monetisation or copyright strikes.

The best business you could be in is subscription services especially for digital products/software as it's reccuring revenue and you can scale it to the moon (Hyros, Mailchimp, Shopify, etc.). Onlyfans kinda work in a similar principle, but if you lose your subs after a month it kinda defeats the purpose. If you lose your subs after a month, the customer lifetime value is too low and the acquisition costs of the said customer is too high to make it scalable or worth putting effort in. In the time that it would take me to get an OF sub for $4.99 or $9.99, I could get 1-3 sales doing dropshipping/POD making $10-$20 per sale. The same goes with YouTube, it's easier to get 30k views at $1 RPM than getting 6 OF subs at $4.99.

I don't know how you gonna make this work, cause I tried and the numbers just don't make sense.

I watched thousands of youtube videos, and threads, social media posts
I can say MAKING MONEY ONLINE IS NOT EASY
If you feel making money online is not easy, try making money offline. You will be competing with others who are ready to sell on carts and will this cut out all the margins for you. They are ready to work 15 hours a day so good luck beating them in sales for same product.
